Meaningful change starts with meaningful connection.
Therapy for individuals and couples navigating relationships, life transitions, parenting, and periods of stress or uncertainty.
Maybe you are struggling in your relationship or adjusting to a change in your life. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed, questioning yourself, having trouble managing your emotions, or noticing unhelpful patterns in the way you think, feel, or relate to others.
Therapy can be a place to slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to respond to yourself and your life differently.
Therapy begins with understanding.
ABOUT
Therapy came to me as a second career, but in many ways, it feels like a natural extension of who I am. I’ve always been drawn to meaningful conversation and am genuinely curious about people: their stories, what has shaped them, and how they’ve come to see themselves and the world around them.
I also have an analytical side. I like making connections and looking at things from different perspectives. Being a therapist allows me to bring both sides together in work that feels both deeply meaningful and very much like me.
WHO I WORK WITH
Therapy for the many ways life and relationships can feel complicated.
-
For couples navigating conflict, communication, disconnection, or simply wanting to understand each other better, as well as individuals exploring their own relationship patterns.
-
For navigating the changes that are an inevitable part of life: career shifts, marriage, parenthood, separation, and other periods of uncertainty or adjustment. Whether chosen or unexpected, transitions can challenge our sense of stability and bring up complicated emotions, even when the change is a positive one.
-
For understanding and managing feelings of overwhelm, stress, worry, or disconnection, and developing tools to navigate them more effectively.
-
For young adults navigating identity, independence, relationships, family, school or career, while managing the uncertainty and pressures that often come with this stage of life.
MY APPROACH
Therapy is a relationship.
I am an active partner in the therapy process. I will listen, but I will also ask questions, share observations, help make connections, and sometimes challenge you to see something through a different lens.
Together, we will explore what is keeping you stuck, identify what you want to change, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
